Hillhaven Lodge is an addition to the already well established Hillhaven B&B. The lodge is a luxury, purpose built wooden cabin with full facilities including a Hydrotherapy Hot Tub and wood burning stove.

Located 20 minutes from Inverness and the NC500, just outside the village of Fortrose, we boast one of the most scenic yet accessible hot tub lodges in Scotland.

Local attractions include dolphin watching at Chanonry point, Fortrose and Rosemarkie Golf Club, Eathie fossils, several world famous distilleries and breweries and only 30mins from Loch Ness!

Fiona and Stephen are amazing hosts. So helpful and friendly. The lodge is out of this world. So welcoming and lovely. The hot tub is amazing and the views from it are breathtaking. Comfy bed. Amazing rocking chair by the window to enjoy the view and relax in. Everything you could want or need. Looking forward to going back sometime.

Proud to be one of the best equipped luxury lodges near Inverness, we’re located just 20 minutes from the city centre and the NC500, just outside the village of Fortrose. It's ideally situated in a quiet spot to allow a peaceful stay, but with plenty of things to see and do close by.
